Exercise, animals & positive people are all recommended to relieve stress, anxiety and depression. We'll have them all! Enjoy a (naturally hot) outdoor yoga class while the over friendly and, oh so cute!. pygmy goats interact with you. Plus, stick around and have a yummy craft brew (or 2) by our hosts, Four Bullets Brewery.

Our Pygmy goat playmates are rescues!

It was very important to Susie (the organizer) that we support a humane organization. That they come from a loving environment with good long-term intentions. Not one that over-breeds just to profit while they're babies. We're happy to say we found one!

All proceeds go to Co-Sponsors: HeresYourReminder.org & Lone Star Ranch and Rescue www.lsrr.org

Taught by Diane Barriere, owner of db Yoga www.dbyoga.com

Other Good To Know Details:

-Bring yoga mat & water bottle

-Bring towel. Outside class. We will be providing shade.

-Although this is an actual yoga class, this is meant to be fun and not be taken too seriously. Yogi snobs, this isn't for you.

-Good for all levels (even beginners)

-Although sweet and gentle, keep in mind these are animals. Meaning they are not potty trained. They may nudge, crawl and jump on you (which is suppose to be the fun part). But a gentle shake will persuade them off.
